Meet Our Compassionate Therapist

Sara McCullough, LCSW

Sara McCullough is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and U.S. Navy veteran specializing in trauma-focused therapy for individuals who are ready to move beyond simply coping with the past. She has extensive experience working with survivors of abuse, interpersonal violence, military-related trauma, and other distressing life experiences.

Sara is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and other trauma-informed approaches designed to help clients process painful memories, reduce emotional and physical reactions to trauma, and create meaningful change. Her experience as both a clinician and military veteran gives her a unique understanding of trauma, resilience, and the impact that difficult experiences can have long after the event itself has ended.

Through Trauma Intensive Therapy Packages, Sara offers clients the opportunity to dedicate focused, uninterrupted time to their healing rather than limiting trauma work to traditional weekly sessions. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping clients address the experiences that continue to keep them feeling stuck so they can move forward with greater peace and confidence.
